ABOUT ME
I'm a proud mom to a beautiful little girl—a dream that took years of resilience to achieve. My journey to motherhood started with a diagnosis of unexplained infertility and led me through multiple losses and failed treatments before finally finding success with IVF. That experience lit a fire in me to advocate for women’s health and fight for equitable access to fertility treatments. After everything I went through to build my family, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.When I’m not deep in advocacy work, I’m probably cheering on the Boston Celtics or catching a game—really, I’ll go to almost any pro sporting event. One of my bucket list goals is to visit every MLB stadium! I’m also a loyal (if not always victorious) fantasy football team manager, and I show up every season ready to compete.Travel is another big love of mine. I’m always looking for new places to explore and cultures to experience. That said, I’ll never say no to a classic beach vacation—it’s the perfect mix of adventure and recharge time.
ADVOCACY
I'm deeply committed to advocating for women's health and improving access to infertility treatments. My own journey as an IVF mom was marked by years of heartbreak and failed attempts. While we're blessed with our rainbow baby, I know firsthand that not everyone's path leads to such joy. Infertility is a profoundly difficult and heartbreaking experience for many.In the United States, there's a stark disparity in access to crucial infertility treatments like IVF. That's why I volunteer with RESOLVE as an Advocate, using my story to educate and engage with policymakers. My goal is to equip them with a deeper understanding of the health implications of infertility and the urgent need for health insurance reforms in this area. By sharing personal experiences and presenting the facts, I aim to drive meaningful change for women's health and fertility treatments nationwide.
